Every time I see one in the wild, I get even more impressed with the turn-around Chrysler has made since Fiat took control

I know. I was just saying this to my dad the other day. We were discussing how a few years ago we would never want to be seen in a Chrysler product outside of jeep.

And to think that took over small car duty from the Caliber .
Talk about a complete 180.

I may be a bit bias because my mother owns one, but I think this is one of the best looking "entry-level luxury" sedans out there:
$30,000k for all that American/Canadian iron. It's a vast car for less than the cost of a BMW 320i.
The Charger is more practical in a pricing sense, but I don't think it looks as good.

To be fair, this is what a $30K 300 actually looks like.
The 300 rarely appears on any list of "entry-level luxury cars" because it has trims with MSRPs well into 50's

Those upper level trims are for the V8. And even still at that price it's barely scraping against a 5-series.
My mom got hers for $35k. That included the premium wheels, the gargantuan sun roof, heated seats, infotainment, premium audio, and fog lamps.
(Because rebates —American cars get rebates)
And even if you do opt for a Hertz stripper special you are still getting a humongous car for your money.

That they do I suppose. I felt like a champ about 10 years ago when I got a $34K Dodge Dakota for $25,500. It was definitely worth that price!
